Last nights dinner. Seasoned the heck out of the tilapia: steak seasoning, sea salt, black pepper, cayenne, paprika, thyme, parsley and sautéed for about 7-8 minutes. Tastes delicious!
It is accompanied with mashed sweet potatoes! Boiled the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, added almond milk, coconut oil, and cinnamon.

Lunch- salad with chicken

Dinner- tilapia and mashed sweet potatoes (saved some for lunch tomorrow)
