Last nights dinner. Seasoned the heck out of the tilapia: steak seasoning, sea salt, black pepper, cayenne, paprika, thyme, parsley and sautéed for about 7-8 minutes. Tastes delicious!

It is accompanied with mashed sweet potatoes! Boiled the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, added almond milk, coconut oil, and cinnamon.

Day 5

The best day yet:

Breakfast- 2 eggs, banana, almond butter
Lunch- salad with chicken
Snack- progenex post wod
Dinner- tilapia and mashed sweet potatoes (saved some for lunch tomorrow)

Wod:
Partner wod:
10 rds
3 min AMRAP
9 burpees
12 pull ups
15 wallballs

One partner works for 3 minutes while one rests, pick up where your partner left off.

Got to work out with my best friend! We scaled out pull-ups: she did 9 and I did 6 but we for 20+3 rds
